If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straight forward 30 day returns policy.
All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to 7 working days for all returns to be processed from the date our warehouse receives your return.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange your items, please follow the steps below.

If you are based in the UK, you'll have the option to select a label or a QR code. The latter, of course, can be scanned when you drop off the package and a label will be printed for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send a full refund within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting

Customers in the UK will receive tracking information with their label/QR code.If you have any question, please do drop us a line at customercare@hydeandhare.com and we'll do out best to get back to you as soon as we can.
For our Giant Beanbags only, customers are required to return their order at their own cost. This can be done using Parcelforce and dropped off at a local post office.
